<匯港通訊>         森浩集團(08285)宣布，要約人 OME Holding Limited 收購合共4.2億股股份，佔已發行股本75%，要約人將須按例就全部已發行股份作出強制性無條件現金要約，要約價每股0.143元，較停牌前收市價0.106元溢價約34.9%。

要約人由譚素琴持有。要約人確認要約價為最終價格，且將不會上調。要約人有意於要約結束後維持股份於聯交所的上市地位。

股份將於10月23日復牌。 (WH)
