BLOKS (00325) slides 14.18% after chairman cuts stake X

(Infocast News)    BLOKS (00325) announced that Smart Bloks, a member of the group of controlling shareholders of the Company, sold 3,849,000 ordinary shares of the Company at a price of HK$65.28 per Share by way of a block trade, representing approximately 1.56% of the total number of issued Shares of the Company. 

Smart Bloks is wholly owned by Zhu Weisong, the chairman of the Board, an executive Director and the chief executive officer of the Company.

The stock fell 14.18% to HK$59.6.  (WL)
