馮德萊恩稱願推動加拿大成歐盟首個準成員國　 X

<匯港通訊>  歐盟委員會主席馮德萊恩表示，歐盟正敞開大門，推動加拿大成為歐盟首個準成員國，強調這種關係並不針對第三方。

馮德萊恩表示，歐盟希望將與加拿大的關係提升到盡可能高的水平，雙方將在智能製造領域開展合作，建立技術聯盟，整合國防工業基礎，並將北極打造成雙方合作的旗艦項目，又會在能源、關鍵礦產、電池和人工智能等領域深化合作。

加拿大總理卡尼辦公室發表聲明，對馮德萊恩的提議表示歡迎，說加拿大和歐洲應通過在全方位深度合作，來確保戰略自主權。（BC)
