(Infocast News)    CHINA STAR ENT (00326) Heung Wah Keung, a controlling shareholder, and the Chairman and the executive director, entered into a sale and purchase agreement in relation to the disposal of 340,000,000 shares of the Company (representing approximately 14.00% of the entire issued share capital of the Company) with Lam Sin Cheng.
