(Infocast News)    INSILICO (03696) announced that Zavoronkovs, chairman of the Board, an executive director, the chief executive officer, the chief business officer and the single largest shareholder, has purchased an aggregate of 113,500 ordinary shares of the Company through open market transactions with his own funds. 

Immediately after the Share Purchases, Zavoronkovs is entitled to exercise the voting rights of 46,757,000 Shares, representing approximately 8.02% of the Company’s total issued share capital.
