<匯港通訊>       全球數字控股(00339)宣布，配售最多8640萬股股份，佔擴大後股本約16.67%，配售價每股0.56元，較9月11日收市價0.685元折讓約18.25%，所得款項總額約4838萬元，淨額約4676萬元，其中約4000萬元用於上市及/或非上市證券之未來投資機會，約676萬元用作一般營運資金。
