<匯港通訊>        中國星集團(00326)宣布，控股股東兼主席及執行董事向華強，於9月11日向華強及其配偶兼副主席陳明英持有的 Heung Wah Keung Family Endowment Limited ，向林倩青出售3.4億股股份，相當於已發行股本約14%。

出售後，HWKFEL 持有該公司已發行股本約64.2%減少至約50.2%，仍為該公司控股股東，而買方將成為該公司主要股東。 (WH)
