無綫集團贖回4200萬元換股債 餘下債券年利率升至5.5% X

<匯港通訊>         無綫集團(00511)宣布，於2023年8月向吳繼煒持有的 Cardy Oval Limited 發行的1.56億元可換股債券訂立修訂契據，該公司向 Cardy 贖回本金額相等於4200萬元的部分可換股債券；及可換股債券任何未償還本金額1.14億元的年利率由3.5%調高至5.5%；換股價由每股換股股份4.45元，降至2.48元，較9月11日收市價2.225元溢價約11.5%。

此外，未償還債券部份，該公司向未贖回支付的本金總額100%更改為115%，連同未付利息。而投資者將不再有權透過於發行日期的第三週年日後的5個營業日內，向該公司發出通知，要求該公司贖回未獲行使的可換股債券。
