<匯港通訊>       中梁控股(02772)公布，2026年1月至8月，集團累計合約銷售(包括合營企業及聯營公司的合約銷售)金額約為42.9億元人民幣(下同)，累計合約銷售面積約為42.9萬平方米，合約銷售均價約為1萬元╱平方米。

2026年8月集團合約銷售(包括合營企業及聯營公司的合約銷售)金額約為3.1億元，合約銷售面積約為2.8萬平方米，合約銷售均價約為1.09萬元╱平方米。 (WH)
