<匯港通訊>    據IFR最新引述消息報道，研發人工智能(AI)助手Kimi的中國AI初創公司月之暗面(Moonshot AI)已以保密方式提交香港IPO申請，預計第4季或明年首季掛牌。

IFR早前報道，月之暗面本次IPO預計集資規模至少達30億美元(約234億港元)。

內地媒體亦報道，月之暗面已於本周以保密形式向港交所(00388)遞交A1上市申請文件，正式啟動赴港上市流程。同時，該公司正以500美元(約3900億港元)的投前估值，推進上市前最後一輪融資。該公司此前於7月完成35億美元融資，當時投後估值升至350億美元。

對於遞交上市申請及融資相關傳聞，月之暗面官方回應表示不予置評，並稱目前暫無可透露的訊息。 (ST)
