(Infocast News)    IMPACT THERAP-B (07630) announced that Sui Xiong CAI, an executive director and chief executive officer of the Company, has recently purchased a total of 100,000 ordinary shares of the Company in the open market, at an average price of approximately HK$14.6105 per Share, representing approximately 0.035% of the total issued Shares of the Company. Immediately after the purchase, CAI is interested in an aggregate of 18,540,884 Shares, representing 6.564% of the total issued share capital of the Company.
