(Infocast News)    CENTURY GP INTL (02113) will allot and issue 160,950,000 Subscription Shares.

The Subscription Shares represent (i) 20.0% of the issued share capital of the Company as at the date of this announcement; and (ii) approximately 16.7% of the issued share capital of the Company as enlarged by the allotment and issue of the Subscription Shares. 

The gross proceeds from the Subscription are expected to be approximately HK$43.5 million (based on the Subscription Price of HK$0.27 per Subscription Share). The net proceeds of the Subscription are expected to be approximately HK$43.3 million. The Company intends to use the net proceeds from the Subscription for business development and general working capital.
