(Infocast News)    XH NEWS MEDIA (00309) has agreed to place 5,830,348 new Shares at a price of HK$0.8 per Placing Share.

The maximum number of 5,830,348 Placing Shares represents approximately 11.19% of the entire issued share capital of the Company of 52,101,744 Shares as at the date of this announcement and approximately 10.06% of the Company’s entire issued share capital as enlarged by the Placing. The net proceeds from the Placing of approximately HK$4,564,000 will be used for general working capital of the Group.
