<匯港通訊>        同方泰德(01206)發盈警,預期截至2026年6月30日止6個月虧損約2.55億至2.65億元人民幣(下同),去年同期約770萬元。

虧損主要由於受宏觀經濟增速放緩及行業周期性調整影響，目標市場有效需求不足，非剛性及改善型建設項目投資明顯收縮，導致集團收入規模大幅下滑，合同能源管理項目收入亦受到顯著衝擊；市場競爭日趨激烈，項目議價空間收窄，集團盈利能力承壓。 (WH)
