《公司盈警》中國鐵鈦(00893)料中期業績由盈轉虧 X

<匯港通訊>       中國鐵鈦(00893)發盈警,截至2026年6月30日止六個月歸屬於公司擁有人的虧損淨額不多於1000萬元人民幣(下同),去年同期純利100萬元。

虧損主要由於為推進毛嶺－羊龍山鐵礦的升級擴產而繼續暫停採礦作業,導致高品位鐵精礦的產量及銷量顯著下降；鋼材消耗行業的庫存高、需求弱導致貿易量下跌,尤其是建築及房地產行業面對樓市持續下滑；及隨着整體擔保風險大幅減少,來自前子公司有關中國鐵鈦擔保的擔保費收入減少。 (WH)
