<匯港通訊>       閩信集團(00222)發盈警,預期可能錄得截至2026年6月30日止六個月的股東應佔溢利約3250萬元至3750萬元，比較2025年同期下跌約42%至50%。

有關減少主要由於應佔公司的主要聯營公司截至2026年6月30日止六個月的業績比較,2025年同期的業績下跌,以及公司持有該主要聯營公司的股權於2026年3月從約8.689%被攤薄至約8.4314%而確認一次性攤薄虧損所致。 (WH)
