<匯港通訊>       美聯股份(02671)發盈警,預期錄得截至2026年6月30日止六個月的綜合淨利潤約990萬元人民幣(下同)，較截至2025年6月30日止六個月的綜合淨利潤約6260萬元減少約5270萬元或約84.2%。

業績下滑主要由於1)集團來自預制鋼結構建築分包服務的收入減少，該減少主要受主要客戶訂單週期波動影響；及2)新簽訂單延遲開工及收入確認遞延，集團2026年新簽訂單的合同簽訂時間相對較晚，且
項目開工及交付進度主要集中在下半年，導致集團截至2026年6月30日止六個月的毛利合共減少約8370萬元。 (WH)
