怡俊集團控股(02442)控股股東出售25%股權 X

<匯港通訊>       怡俊集團控股(02442)公布,控股股東天賦國際於8月18日完成向Terminus Consumer Limited轉讓該公司1.02億股股份,佔已發行股本之25%。

緊隨轉讓完成後,天賦國際仍為該公司控股股東,持有該公司已發行股本39.57%,而 TC 則持有已發行股本約25%,成為該公司主要股東。 (WH)
