<匯港通訊> 《彭博》引述知情人士稱,獲阿里巴巴(09988.HK/BABA.US)支持的 AI 視頻平台生數科技據悉考慮在香港上市。該公司正與中金公司及中信証券合作推進上市事宜。

知情人士指出,生數科技計劃集資超過5億美元(39億港元),上市計劃可能在明年進行。該公司、中金公司及中信証券均不予置評。

生數科技成立於2023年3月,源自清華大學團隊,以開發影片生成模型 Vidu 聞名。生數科技在今年4月完成近20億元人民幣 B 輪融資。本輪融資由阿里雲領投,中網投、九安海棠、好未來、光合創投等投資者戰略投資。 (BC)
