<匯港通訊>         國恩控股(08121)宣布，建議1供4，發行最多1.2億股供股股份，佔擴大後股本約80%，供股價每股0.36元，較7月10日收市價0.475元折讓約24.21%，集資最多4320萬元，淨額約4040萬元，其中約830萬元將用作償還股東貸款，約1200萬元用作成立人工智能(AI)部門，開發AI功能並應用於集團之媒體及營銷業務，約1200萬元用作任何未來合作/投資機會，約810萬元將用作集團未來營運資金。 (WH)
