建滔折讓最多12%減持建滔積層板 套現達120億元 X

<匯港通訊>  據銷售文件顯示,建滔集團(00148.hk)出售旗下建滔積層板(01888.HK)約1.55億股,佔總股本約4.95%,套現最多120億港元。

文件指出,配股價每股75.6-77.7港元,較建滔積層板收市價折讓9.5-12%,套現介乎117.2-120.4億港元。

文件顯示,建滔是集資所得款項擬用於投資印刷線路板(PCB)業務,包括提升多層板及高密度互連(HDI)產品能力、擴充產能及投入研發,同時用於償還現有貸款及一般企業用途。

目前建滔集團持有建滔積層板66.95%股權,減持後持股降至62%。而今次已是今年第二度減持,於3月時配售1.3億股,佔總股本4.15%,套現27.3億元,資金用於一般營運用途。 (BC)
