<匯港通訊>        貓屎咖啡控股(01869)宣布，最多2.82億股股份，佔擴大後股本約16.7%，配售價每股0.076元，較6月16日收市價0.091元折讓約16.5%，所得款項總額約2140萬元，淨額約2090萬元，擬用於透過減少負債以改善該公司的財務狀況，及集團的業務經營及一般營運資金。 (WH)
