<匯港通訊>   太古地產(01972.HK)港島東臨海大型住宅項目「海德園」今日再錄一宗高層東南兩房單位成交。是次成交價約932萬港元，折合實用面積呎價1.7998萬港元，由外區買家購入作投資用途。買家看好太古地產品牌實力及港島東臨海地段優勢，加上高層單位坐向東南景觀開揚，具保值及升值潛力，而項目現樓即將落成，具即買即租優勢，遂加快入市步伐。

項目累計售出327伙，總成交金額突破29億港元。 (BC)
