中國金茂(00817)增購天津體茂51%股權 X

<匯港通訊>         中國金茂(00817)宣布，收購天津體茂51%股權及債權本息約5.216億元人民幣(下同)，總對價約8.84億元。

天津體茂由該公司間接全資附屬公司天津東輝持有49%的股權，並由嘉興琮茂持有51%的股權，為該公司的間接聯屬公司。於交易完成後，天津體茂將成為該公司的間接全資附屬公司。

天津體茂從事該項目的開發。該項目位於中國天津市河西區。該項目佔地約10.82萬平方米，已開發為可售住宅項目及社區配套設施，計容建築面積共計約22.647萬平方米。預計將於2027年9月全部竣工。
