<匯港通訊>         新天綠色能源(00956)宣布，控股股東河北建設投資集團間接非全資附屬公司河北省國富股權投資基金管理計劃自2026年6月16日起12個月內，通過上海證券交易所港股通從二級市場以集中競價交易方式增持該公司 H 股，預計增持比例不超過該公司已發行股份總數的0.5%，增持金額1500萬至3000萬元人民幣(下同)。

根據增持計劃，國富基金於6月16日通過上海證券交易所港股通以自有資金首次增持該公司301萬股 H 股，佔已發行股份總數的約0.0667%，增持金額約901.78萬元。 (WH)
