周大福企業據報完成50億元再融資 錄1.5倍認購額 X

<匯港通訊>  《星島日報》引述銀行界消息指，周大福企業已完成一筆50億港元再融資，為5年期貸款融資，最終錄得較目標1.5倍的認購額。

消息指出，是次再融資除了原貸款方外，亦獲得新貸款方強勁需求，反映銀行界對周企作為鄭氏家族核心投資控股平台的重要戰略地位，以及其長遠發展前景、穩健資產負債表和嚴謹財務管理有信心。

周大福企業的資產負債表近年持續加強，去年鄭氏家族將周大福珠寶(01929.HK)近54%股份注入周企旗下。(BC)
