太古(00019)發行47億元國泰航空(00293)可交換債券 X

<匯港通訊>        太古(00019)宣布，全資附屬公司 Swire Pacific Finance 有條件同意發行本金額47億元國泰航空(00293)可交換債券。

根據初步交換價每股國泰航空13.18元，及假設按交換價悉數交換債券，債券將交換為3.566億股國泰股份，相當於已發行國泰股份總數約5.9%。初步交換價每股國泰航空股份13.18元，相當於國泰6月9日收市價每股12.81元溢價約2.9%。

Swire Pacific Finance 預期將從債券發行獲得的所得款項淨額（經扣除相關費用及開支後）約為46.52億元，擬用作一般營運資金。
