<匯港通訊>        天元醫療(00557)宣布，出售上海日複實業(目標公司)60.8077%，代價為2300萬元人民幣。

目標公司主要從事投資控股及醫療業務。過去，上海醫院專注於侵入式整形外科服務，包括面部輪廓手術。近年來，上海醫院已將業務重點轉血非侵入式的輕醫美服務。
