比亞迪(01211)：被列入中國軍工企業名單 不影響正常開展業務 X

<匯港通訊>      比亞迪股份(01211)宣布，注意到美國國防部於2026年6月8日（美國時間）發佈《關於指定中國軍工企業的通知》。根據該通知，美國國防部已將該公司列入中國軍工企業名單。

由於集團既不是中國軍工企業，也不是中國國防工業的軍民融合企業，該公司認為將該公司列入該名單並無正當理由。

該公司表示，中國軍工企業名單並非制裁名單。被列入中國軍工企業名單不會影響集團正常開展業務，不會影響集團與任何人（美國國防部除外）進行業務往來; 與該名單相關的美國政府採購限制不會影響該公司的業務，且中國軍工企業名單並未限制進行該公司證券交易。 (WH)
