<匯港通訊>         龍湖集團(00960)公布，截至2026年5月31日止5個月，集團累計實現總合同銷售金額136.7億元人民幣(下同)，合同銷售面積145.1萬平方米。

今年5月單月實現合同銷售金額33.2億元，合同銷售面積29.8萬平方米；5月單月實現歸屬公司股東權益的合同銷售金額21.3億元，歸屬公司股東權益的合同銷售面積20萬平方米。

於2026年5月，集團新增一塊土地儲備，總建築面積和權益建築面積均為7.7萬平方米，權益地價3.74億元。 (WH)
