(Infocast News)    COSMO LADY (02298) announced that Wu Xiaoli, an executive director of the Company, had acquired a total of 2,397,000 ordinary shares of the Company from the market from 23 April 2026 to 18 May 2026 at an average price of approximately HK$0.442 per Share. A total of 8,349,000 Shares had been purchased by Wu, representing approximately 0.37% of the total issued share capital of the Company in aggregate. (WL)
