<匯港通訊>       亞洲電視控股(00707)公布，得悉間接附屬公司亞洲電視之6.899億股已於2025年11月14日由接管人代表星鉑，以代價約1.99億元出售予 Prestige Media Limited 。

該公司董事會並無足夠資料或文件以評估亞洲電視之資產狀況，以及強制出售對集團之財務及營運影響。

該公司正就強制出售是否符合所有適用法律及相關協議條款尋求法律意見。 (WH)
