<匯港通訊>      天寶集團(01979)宣布，已向聯交所提交一項建議分柝申請，涉及廣東天寶電子科技分拆並於中國證券交易所進行獨立 A 股上市。

分拆公司為該公司的間接非全資附屬公司，並連同其附屬公司主要從事充電設備相關業務，即製造及銷售充電器、適配器、新能源電力轉換系統及電源功能配件。 (WH)
