中國數智科技(01796)控股股東與買方終止買賣協議周五復牌 X

<匯港通訊> 中國數智科技(01796)宣布，於4月14日，控股股東中國體育資產管理(賣方)與深圳市淏奕投資(買方)，與黃后作為擔保人，訂立一項股份出售協議。

根據協議，中國體育資產管理同意向深圳市淏奕出售2.5586億股中國數智科技股份，佔中國數智科技已發行股本約53.3%，現金代價6396.5萬元。買方由楊占華及李萍分別持有98%及2%權益。

賣方於5月14日獲買方告知，先決條件預期不可能在合理情況下於最後截止日期或之前獲達成，且買方無意於最後截止日期或之前豁免該條件。因此，雙方於5月14日互相同意終止該協議。該協議即告失效。

股份將於5月15日起復牌。 (WH)
