<匯港通訊> 由恒地(00012.HK)、希慎(00014.HK)及帝國集團合作打造,紅磡新核心大型海濱住宅項目「One Victoria Cove 首岸」第3期次輪逾84%單位獲認購,其中2房單位沽清。

恒基物業代理董事及營業(二)部總經理韓家輝表示,對項目銷情非常滿意,項目第3期次輪銷售暫售出逾84%單位,套現約5.6億港元。「首岸」自推出以來,深受市場歡迎,不足3周內,速沽527伙,佔可發售單位98%,套現近45億港元,將於短期內加推單位應市。 (BC)
