C.BANNER (01028) expects to swing to loss in FY25 X

(Infocast News)    C.BANNER (01028) issued a profit warning. 

The Group is expected to record an estimated net loss attributable to Shareholders of approximately RMB150 million for the year ended 31 December 2025, as compared with a profit attributable to Shareholders of approximately RMB48 million for the year ended 31 December 2024.

The expected net loss attributable to the Shareholders of the Group for the year ended 31 December 2025 is mainly attributable to (i) the recognition of an impairment loss of approximately RMB149 million in respect of the trade debts owed by Mayflower (Nanjing) Enterprises Limited during the Reporting Period; and (ii) the decrease in revenue from the Group’s fashion footwear business due to the impact of tariffs and weak domestic consumer demand.
