<匯港通訊> 創科實業(00669)公布2025年度公司股東應佔溢利 11.98億美元，同比升6.8%，

在面對巨大關稅壓力下，創科實業的銷售額及盈利仍創出新高，銷售額增長 4.4%至 153 億美元，純利則增長 6.8%至 12 億美元。末期股息每股 132.00 港仙(約16.99美仙)，同比升11.86%，全年計 257港仙(約33.08美仙)，同比升13.7%，董事會計劃於未來18個月內酌情執行規模最多達 5 億美元的股份回購。股價暫跌5%至117.3港元喘定。

若撇除因關稅影響而在下半年酌情暫停部分推廣活動之外，MILWAUKEE 全球業務按列賬報告基準錄得
8.1%增長。實際銷售額按當地貨幣計算增長 10.3%。 (SY)
