和譽(02256)：ABSK141在I/II期臨床試驗中完成首例患者給藥 X

<匯港通訊>     和譽-B(02256)宣布，附屬公司上海和譽的口服、高效、高選擇性小分子KRAS G12D抑制劑ABSK141，已在針對攜帶KRAS G12D突變的晚期實體瘤患者的I/II期臨床試驗中，成功完成首例患者給藥。

此次完成首例患者給藥的是一項開放標籤的I/II期臨床研究。該研究已於2025年12月獲得美國食品藥品監督管理局(美國FDA)及中國國家藥品監督管理局(中國NMPA)新藥臨床試驗(IND)批准。

ABSK141臨床研究的順利推進，標誌着和譽醫藥在KRAS靶向治療領域的一項重要里程碑。 (ST)
