<匯港通訊>  太古地產(01972.HK)港島東臨海住宅「海德園」昨日再錄得5宗成交,單日吸金近5000萬港元。5宗成交均為兩房單位,涵蓋開放式廚房及梗廚間隔,成交價由920.9-1097.4萬港元,折合實用面積呎價由約1.6623-1.9809萬港元,買家欣賞太古地產品牌及住宅物業的頂級質素,分別購入作自住及投資用途。項目由今年2月3日至昨日(3月3日)一個月內速錄37宗成交,成交總額逾3.2億港元。

截至目前,「海德園」累計售出140個單位,總銷售金額逾12億港元。 (BC)
