<匯港通訊> 新世界發展(00017.HK)夥拍遠東發展(00035.HK)啟德跑道豪宅「柏蔚森」系列2月至今經已售出28伙,套現逾2.3億港元。新春期間累沽4伙,套現3268.9萬港元,其中「柏蔚森II」Harbour Forest 第2座17樓C單位,享開揚遊艇海景,實用面積395平方呎,屬2房設計,成交價858.5萬港元,呎價2.1734萬港元。

據了解,本地買家參觀現樓示範單位及會所後,認為較啟德其他新盤優勝,尤其鍾情項目全港獨有以森林浴為主題之園林會所,由國際大師匠心打造,同區罕有。同時追捧新世界品牌及新世界十大發明(專利、註冊及匠心設計),購入單位作自住。

「柏蔚森」系列自現樓以來已售出230伙,套現逾18億港元。自開售以來累售887伙,共套現近64億港元,當中錄得不少大手投資客及外籍買家入市。 (BC)
