<匯港通訊>   華懋集團及港鐵公司(00066.HK)合作發展的何文田站上蓋物業發展項目「瑜一」，今日(2月18日)首度於「瑜一.天海」天台特色單位舉辦新春煙花慶典，邀請多位地產界嘉賓一同欣賞農曆新年煙花匯演，共賀新春佳節。

華懋集團銷售及市場總監封海倫表示，是次活動不僅能與業界好友共賀新歲，讓嘉賓在濃厚的節日氣氛中，親身感受「瑜一」的優越景觀與地利優勢。集團對新一年的項目銷售充滿信心，有見近日豪宅市場成交持續暢旺，亦收到不少尊貴客人對項目特色單位的垂詢，為回應市場需求，計劃最快於農曆新年後首度推出「瑜一.天海」極罕有天台特色單位招標，預料將刷新何文田站最高成交紀錄。

「瑜一」系列自推出至今已累售694伙，總成交金額突破116億港元。 (BC)
