<匯港通訊>   新明中國(02699)宣布，建議1供6，發行最多5.64億股供股股份，佔擴大後股本約85.71%，供股價每股0.188元，較2月16日收市價每股0.235元折讓約20%，集資最多約1.06億元。

所得款項淨額約1.014億元，其中約96%擬用於清償可轉換債券、償還計息銀行貸款及其他借款，以及集團的其他應付款項及應計費用；約1.8%用於收購位於中國且具強勁增長及價值潛力的物業發展項目，以期多元化集團的物業組合，並加強集團未來的整體收入及盈利能力；及約2.2%將用作集團之一般營運資金。 (WH)
