<匯港通訊>    中國水業集團(01129)宣布，建議向五名認購人發行本金額2.78億元可換股債券。

初步換股價約每股0.308元，較收市價每股0.45元折讓約31.56%，當獲悉數行使，將發行最多約9.03億股股份，佔擴大後股本約58.83%。

所得款項淨額約2.775億元，用於償還 IFC 債務及公司其他負債。 (WH)
