<匯港通訊>     天立國際控股(01773)宣布，執行董事、主席兼行政總裁羅實於2月16日，在公開市場購買合共50萬股股份，佔已發行股份總數約0.02%，平均價每股約2.55元。

緊隨購買後，羅實持有已發行股份總數約44.46%。
