<匯港通訊>    好孩子國際(01086)發盈警，預期截至2025年12月31日止年度錄得的純利較2024年同期的約3.562億港元，將下降約35%至45%。

該下降主要歸因於毛利減少及所得稅增加，部分被財務成本淨額的改善所抵銷。毛利減少主要歸因於集團收益輕微減少，而集團的毛利率於2025年下半年回升。所得稅增加主要歸因於在稅率較高的地區錄得更多利潤，以及集團實體之間股息分派所產生的預扣稅。 (WH)
