<匯港通訊>    亦辰集團(08365)終止收購發行數字化黃金支持工具公司。

就去年收購Esperanza Fintech (Commodities) Limited股本權益一事，公司董事會宣布，由於買賣協議的條件未能於最終截至日期前達成，且公司與賣方決定不會將其延長，故買賣協議已失效並終止。根據買賣協議條款及條件，除任何先前違約情況外，各方均不得就收購事項向對方提出任何索償。
董事會認為，終止買賣協議將不會對集團的財務狀況及營運構成任何重大不利影響。 (SY)
