(Infocast News)    HASHKEY HLDGS(03887) is expected to start its initial public offering on 08 October 2025. Details of the IPO are as follows:

Shares for offer: 240.57 M shares, of which 90% are for international placing  and 10% are for Hong Kong public offering, with an option to offer an additional  15% shares

Offer price: HK$5.95-6.95 per share

Gross proceeds: HK$57.8 million

Net proceeds: HK$1426.4 million

- Approximately 40% will be used for technology and infrastructure upgrades;

- Approximately 40% will be used for market expansion and ecosystem partnerships;

- Approximately 10% will be used for operations and risk management;

- Approximately 10% will be used for working capital and general corporate purposes.
