碧桂園(02007.HK)控股股東為支持建議重組而提供額外支持 X

<匯港通訊>      碧桂園(02007.HK) 公布，已與控股股東持有的必勝，就抵銷股東貸款進行建設性討論。於10月13日，必勝進一步向該公司簽立一份不可撤回承諾，必勝將認購將於重組生效日期或之後按每股該公司普通股0.6港元的發行價發行及配發的資本化股份，以於重組生效日期起即時抵銷及結算股東貸款約11.4億美元（或等值）的結餘。
建議發行資本化股份的詳細條款仍有待雙方進一步磋商，且尚未就建議發行資本化股份訂立最終交易協議。
