(Infocast News)    CNEWECON FUND (00080) proposed to implement the Rights Issue on the basis of one (1) Rights Share for every two (2) existing Shares held by the Qualifying Shareholders on the Record Date at the Subscription Price of HK$0.35 per Rights Share, to raise gross proceeds of up to (i) approximately HK$230.95 million by issuing up to 659,850,137 Rights Shares; or (ii) approximately HK$231.65 million by issuing up to 661,857,718 Rights Shares. (WL)
