(Infocast News)    VC HOLDINGS (00821) announced that with effect from 2 October 2025, Zhang Li has been appointed as an executive Director.

Following the appointment of Zhang, the Board hereby announces Zhang has been appointed as the Chairman of the Board and Fu Yiu Man, Peter ceased to be the Chairman of the Board and he will continue to serve as an executive director with effect from 2 October 2025. (WL)
